The two wheels are actually made of iron instead of rubber. The bigger of these is stood up taking the place of the normal post or legs of a barstool. It stands on the second smaller wheel which acts as the base of the barstool. The rings of the two wheels are tubular. Both have eight spokes each to support the rings, but those of the standing wheel are made of round bars while the base wheel has flat bars.
