Constructed out of recycled plastic, the Poly-Wood Outdoor All Weather Counter Stools PLW-CCB25 are environmentally friendly counter stools. They are made out of pellets of recycled milk jugs that were extruded into plastic lumber. This lumber, called Poly-Wood by the manufacturers, proved to be weather-resistant and thus was used to manufacture outdoor furniture. They can withstand hot summers, cold winters, and even salty ocean breeze making them perfect for your patio.
In addition to Poly-Wood, the stools include stainless steel hardware holding the different parts securely together. Additional Xylan coating is provided to the hardware resulting to even more resistance to corrosion and wear. With the extruded plastic and Xylan-coated stainless steel, you can expect the stools to last a lifetime.
The design of the stools is simple, consisting mostly of straight lines. The feet rise directly to the seat and on to the armrests. The seat slants slightly to the back for a comfortable seating. The backrest, made of horizontal Poly-Wood slats, tilts backward somewhat. Although the seat is not upholstered, a cushion can be tied to the backrest posts for a softer feel.
Poly-Wood Outdoor All Weather Counter Stools PLW-CCB25 are available in several colors –black, green, mahogany, sand, teak, and white. So is the cushioned seat. It comes in bird’s eye, bravado marine or salsa, chili, forest green, logo red, macaw, Mason forest green, natural, Pacific blue, sesame, spa, and sunflower yellow.
